Sminu Jindal: Recipient of the Entrepreneur Award

Hailing from the famous Jindal Steel background, Sminu took over the sick unit of Swastika Foils, a part of Jindal SAW Ltd. Amazingly, this sick unit saw a complete turnaround within one year of her heading it.
Today she is the MD of Jindal SAW, but that's not all there is to this lady. She is environmentally and socially conscious, and has started an organisation to help the physically challenged.
