Part of the staff at Hotel Trident's Tiffin restaurant, Sabrina was on duty when the terrorists turned the posh restaurant into the venue for a bloodbath.
Sabrina, however, remained calm enough to usher guests through service doors into the kitchen, where they waited to be taken to safety.
Her contribution is apparent when you consider that only the people she was able to hole up in the kitchen escaped from the restaurant alive.
