Another hero who is responsible for having saved many lives on 26/11 is Mallika Jagad, a staff member at the Taj Hotel.
When bullets were raining upon walls, doors and hapless guests, this lady kept her calm and started grabbing people to lead them towards relative safety.
She turned out the lights and helped guests to escape out the windows before thinking of saving her own skin. A true hero, Mallika Jagad was the saviour of many lives that night.
