The national carrier Air-India also formed a special cell at Bombay's international airport to give information to passengers about its flights to the US.
Friends and relatives of passengers who were on its two US-bound flights - AI-101 and AI-123 - which were routed back to London on Tuesday - can avail more information at the following telephone nos: - (022) 8367195/8366767 (ext: 4217)
According to Air India executives, all the US-bound passengers on the above flights have been checked into six hotels in London, and those who want to return to India will be brought back by flight AI-122 from London on Wednesday.
The flight will reach Bombay at 0110 hrs (IST) on Thursday.
