Al Jazeera airs another recorded message by Laden

Qatar's Al Jazeera television network aired another recorded message by Saudi extremist and terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden, which it claimed had been recorded two weeks ago.

In the recording, Laden accused the West of harbouring a strong hatred for Islam.

Laden harped on his pet subject of Israel and criticised American support for the Jewish state, which he claimed killed 'our people'.

He also referred to the hardships suffered by the people of Afghanistan due to the relentless bombing by US-led forces to smoke him out and punish the Taliban for harbouring him.

American television networks are only showing brief excerpts from the tapes.
