The chargesheet against the 21 alleged members of the terrorist group Indian Mujahideen, involved in various serial blasts across the country since 2006, will be filed by the city police on Tuesday.
The Crime Branch will file its chargesheet against them, special public prosecutor Kalpana Chavan told a special
Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act court on Monday.
The court also extended the judicial custody of all the accused till Tuesday.
The group had allegedly carried out blasts across the country since 2006, including the 2008 serial blasts in
Ahmedabad, Delhi and Bangalore.

They had also used the internet connection of an American national in Navi Mumbai to send a mail prior to the Ahmedabad blasts in July 2008 and that of a Chembur-based family to send an e-mail around the time of the Delhi serial blasts in September '08.
