11 Hizbul militants surrender in J&K

Eleven Harkat-ul-Mujahideen militants surrendered before troops in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.

The ultras gave up arms at an army camp in Bhalesa area of Doda, official sources said.

One of the militants, identified as Barkat Ali, was working as a self-styled divisional commander of HuM in Doda district, they said, adding two more self-styled area commanders also surrendered.
