Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Srinagar on Wednesday morning for the second roundtable to hold talks with political leaders to find a solution to the Kashmir issue.

The prime minister will first meet the unified command and then will hold deliberations with the state government functionaries, before beginning the second roundtable conference with political leaders.

Prime Minister's Media Advisor Sanjay Baru said, "45 people from various political parties have been asked to present their views."

The Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to boycott the conference, while the All Party Hurriyat Conference will skip the meeting.
