Telangana Rashtra Samithi legislators were suspended from the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the third consecutive day on Wednesday for obstructing the proceedings.

When the Assembly sitting commenced at 8.30 am in the morning, TRS members created a furore once again, when Speaker K R Suresh Reddy disallowed their adjournment motion for a debate and passage of a resolution urging the Central government to form separate Telangana state.

Uproarious scenes were witnessed when TRS members, displaying placards and shouting slogans denouncing the Congress and demanding separate Telangana, stormed into the well of the House and surrounded the Speaker's podium.

Some members argued with the Speaker even as he urged the TRS members to resume their seats and facilitate the smooth conduct of the House. Both the Speaker and Minister for Legislative Affairs K Rosaiah chided the TRS members for raking up the same issue every day and creating ruckus in the House.

The Speaker named the erring members and the Minister for Legislative Affairs moved the motion for the suspension of 15 TRS members for one day from the House. When they refused to leave the House, marshals were called in to evict the suspended TRS members.

The TRS members later staged a dharna in the assembly premises for some time. It is the sixth consecutive day that the TRS members gave adjournment notice on the same issue.
