Naidu denies 'tie-up' with Pawar

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu today denied reports in a section of the press that he had told dissident Congress leader Sharad Pawar that he was willing to ally with the latter if he split the Congress.

In an informal chat with newsmen at Jubilee Hall in Hyderabad, Naidu said he had not spoken to Pawar and the reports were the creation of the media.
