Y2K diagnosis using Dr Millennium via the Internet or an intranet will help users audit all aspects of the IT infrastructure like PCs, servers and network components with ease and confidence, claimed Satyam's Executive Director Srini Raju.

He said ''With the Internet gaining significance worldwide as a quick and cost-effective delivery system, Satyam has incorporated Web related technology to several of its products and services. One such offering is Dr Millennium.''

Raju said the first in a series of services offered is the audit and fixing for Y2K problems existing in the BIOS, operating system, commercial of-the-shelf software and user created files.

Satyam has projected a sales turnover of Rs 6.5 billion in 1999-2000; up from Rs 4.2 billion last fiscal.
