Tata Honeywell is sole distributor for Honeywell Inc

An agreement to this effect was signed between Honeywell and Tata Honeywell recently.

Honeywell products were earlier marketed through Honeywell's Bombay branch office.

The transfer of distribution rights for Honeywell products business brings the complete range of Honeywell products to Indian customers through Tata Honeywell.

The Honeywell products covered by this agreement include industrial control products, home building control products and sensing control components, in addition to the existing field instruments and analytical instruments already being marketed by Tata Honeywell.

The products business will form an important part of Tata Honeywell's overall solutions mix and is expected to contribute significantly to revenues.
