NIIT names president of Japan operationNIIT, the India headquartered software training and solutions company, has inducted a leading Japanese IT professional in its senior management team.Kyoji Murakami will join NIIT's international managers as president of the company's Japanese subsidiary. He will be based in Tokyo.
He served IBM for 19 years before moving on to Sun Microsystems Japan in 1989. He was among the early employees to start Sun's operations in Japan and rose to be the sales director, marketing director and finally in 1996 was nominated to the board of directors. Prior to joining NIIT, Murakami served Deloitte and Tohmatsu consulting as a senior advisor, a company statement said. Related site: UNI |
