Train to Delhi derails after 'loud noise' April 23, 2008 13:01 IST Railway sources said there were no reports of any casualties or injuries. According to an eye-witness, a 'loud noise' was heard before the bogies derailed with a lot of smoke billowing from the engine. The impact of the accident was so intense that the railway tracks were uprooted . However, the bogies got stuck in the cement slabs kept nearby and did not overturn. The cause of the derailment has yet to be ascertained. The Rahui-Biharsharif road was blocked following the accident.
