Assam: ULFA militants kill college employee K Anurag in Guwahati | September 22, 2007 16:34 IST Militants of the United Liberation Front of Assom killed Ratan Deka, a 52-year-old employee of a college in Guwahati, at his ancestral village of Boragog in Kamrup district on Friday night, said the police They found Deka lying in a pool of blood. The police said that Deka was shot thrice and he probably died on the spot. They are trying to find out why the militant outfit targeted a college employee.
