The popular comic strip Mother Goose and Grimm by Mike Peters, on July 26, featured Mahatma Gandhi [Images] in one of its strips on outsourcing.

Peters started the strip in 1984 as a weekly newspaper feature. It features characters from popular fiction and classic fairy tales.

Mike's work is syndicated in newspapers all over the world. In 1991, CBS aired Grimmy, a cartoon series based on Mother Goose and Grimm. Peters has won several awards for his strip as well as his political cartooning.
