Pakistani militant among 3 killed in J&K

Three persons, including a Pakistani militant, were killed in Rajouri and Doda districts of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday night, official sources said in Srinagar on Saturday.

The militant, identified as Abdul Rehman, was killed by security forces at Manyal in Rajouri district last night, they said.

One AK rifle, two magazines, three IEDs and two grenades were recovered from him.

The bodies of two gujjars, 50-year-old Sayeed Ali and 55-year-old Ismail who were abducted by militants from Kunda area in Doda district last night, were recovered by troops this morning, the sources said.

Both were kidnapped while grazing cattle and militants killed them after torturing, they said. The troops have laucnhed a search operation in the area to track down the militants responsible for the act.
