Vajpayee speaks to Gogoi, Yadav November 20, 2003 15:00 IST Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Thursday spoke to Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Laloo Prasad Yadav and made known his concern over the continuing violence in Assam and Bihar. Trains entering Bihar from the northeast are being targeted by mobs, while houses and other properties belonging to Hindi-speaking people in Assam and other parts of northeast are being attacked.
