Stamp scam: Mumbai top cop goes on leave November 13, 2003 15:41 IST Mumbai Police Commissioner Ranjit Singh Sharma, in the eye of the storm for his alleged involvement in the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam, proceeded on leave on Thursday. Sharma met Chief Minister Sushilkumar Shinde in the morning and sought permission to go on leave.
