Hearing of PIL on Satyendra Dubey on Jan 5

The Supreme Court on Friday listed for hearing on January 5, 2004 a PIL seeking setting up an inquiry commission to probe who leaked the name of National Highway Authority of India [ Images ] official Satyendra Dubey, which seemingly led to his murder.
The petition also sought framing of guidelines to protect the identity of persons who expose corruption.
