Madhusudan Mandyam is Virgin Mobile India CEO May 14, 2008 19:57 IST Virgin Mobile India, a joint venture between Virgin Group and Tata Teleservices [Get Quote], said on Wednesday it has appointed Madhusudan Mandyam as its chief executive officer. Prior to this, Mandyam was Tata Teleservices' President. He would also lead the team in market building initiatives in the country. "I am confident that Madhusudan will steer the Virgin Mobile india team in the right direction as we spread our wings and carve our rightful position in the telecommunications market," Virgin Group Chairman and Founder Richard Branson said in a statement.
