Virender Sehwag set a very important record during his epic innings of 309 in the first Test against Pakistan, at Multan on Monday, which nobody seems to have taken notice of.
He hit 39 fours and six sixes during his stay at the wicket, which totals to 192 runs in boundaries only!

The previous Indian record in this category was in the name of VVS Laxman, who scored 176 runs in boundaries during that marathon innings of 281 against Australia at Kolkata in 2000-01.
